This was the first day of what is becoming a tradition of running a 200K and 300K on Martin Luther King Jr. weekend.  This year, you could not ask for better weather. It was sunny, dry, not humid, and the wind really wasn’t a factor. The get-together after the ride was the real highlight, with people sticking around to renew old friendships and make new connections. Forty-six of 48 who started the event completed it, including a number of people for whom this was their first randonnee. Congratulations to all!
