About

Randonneuring is non-competitive, self-sufficient, long-distance cycling under prescribed time limits.

Randonnées or brevets (the terms are loosely interchangeable) are offered in progressively longer distances to prepare riders for the challenges of the longest events, such as the 1200km Paris-Brest-Paris (PBP) held every 4 years (and next occurring in August 2023). Randonneuring tests a cyclist’s endurance and provides unique opportunities for self-discovery.

Central Florida Randonneurs exists to organize brevets in Central Florida and to provide information on randonneuring and other resources to cyclists interested long-distance cycling in Florida and surrounding areas.

Rides organized by Central Florida Randonneurs are open to anyone with an interest in long-distance cycling. Similarly, membership in Central Florida Randonneurs is open to anyone. Simply designate your ACP Club Code as 909062 and you’re a member!

Membership in Randonneurs USA (RUSA) is required to ride events organized by Central Florida Randonneurs.
